HealthCalculators is a free, private, browser-based collection of 31 health, fitness and pregnancy calculators plus a small library of practical guides. Our mission is simple: deliver fast, transparent and accurate everyday health math so you can answer common questions about your body, training and nutrition without ads or paywalls getting in the way of the answer.

What we believe

• Privacy first. Every calculation runs locally in your browser. We never send the values you type into a calculator to a server.
• Open formulas. Every page lists the equation we use so you can verify the result and understand where it comes from.
• Speed. No frameworks, no trackers in calculator inputs, minimal JavaScript. The site loads on any connection.

Editorial standards

The calculators on this site implement well-known published equations (Mifflin-St Jeor, U.S. Navy circumference, Brzycki, Karvonen, Mosteller, CKD-EPI 2021, IOM 2009 weight-gain ranges, etc.). When formulas are updated by the medical community, we update the site to match.
